Budgeting Options Inquiry Form

Mission Enablers International is very excited to offer you budgeting options. MEI has two options to help you manage your finances.

1. We offer to withhold a percentage of each support payment for future payout. You can designate a specific percentage. These funds will be held in an account specifically for your future use. This can be used to help invest in yearly IRA contributions, make income tax payments, or upcoming expenses for larger purchases.

2. We offer a weekly or monthly scheduled distribution for specific donations. These donation will be received in full from the donor and you can request that it be distributed on the same day each week or month in equal increments.

By establishing a budgeting account through MEI, I agree to have a designated percentage deducted from all support payments and/or a scheduled distribution applied to specific donations. These budgeting options will continue until I have given MEI 30 days notice, and/or MEI notifies me of any changes.

By submitting this Agreement, I (we) are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this application and any Mission Enablers International requirements. I (we) understand our obligations and consent to comply with all regulatory, legal, and internal changes.

I understand that an additional Agreement may be needed for short or long term, temporary or permanent, and/or other projects at any time.

Under penalty of perjury, I confirm that the information submitted in this form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

By submitting this Agreement, I (we) understand that I (we) will report any and all information needed by Mission Enablers International upon request. This may include but is not limited to, fiscal updates, ministry changes, staff and personnel changes, and program changes.

By submitting your application and authorization, you acknowledge that MEI is a Texas non-profit organization that is tax exempt under I.R.C. ยง 501(c)(3) and MEI exercises complete discretion and control over all funds received and reserves the right to deny services and allocate funds toward any activity consistent with its purpose.
